0 Question: Does encouragement improve sports performance noticeably? Keywords: encouragement, psychology, sport Asked by mrstagg to John on 21 Jun 2012.
John Perry answered on 21 Jun 2012:
Hi @mrstagg,
good question and the answer is yes! Encouragement is usually used to raise someone’s confidence. That is, our belief that we will be successful goes up and the more we believe we will be successful, the effort we put in and don’t give up easily.
