• Question: Is there a healthiest food? I know that anything in large quantities can be bad for you, I was just wondering if there was a "perfect food"?

Nothing alone is good enough, really – there’s no one thing that can give you all of the nutrients that you’d need to be healthy. In general though, ‘whole foods’ are probably the best for you – things like nuts and berries (especially blueberries), pulses and beans.
