Question: Is there a "inner voice" or is it a trick of the brain when you hear someone inside telling you to do something or not?

Hi spacenut. We all have an “inner voice” and it’s something that you have to practice to be able to concsiously hear it. The technical term for it is self-talk. It’s important to try and hear your inner voice coz it’s usually right.
