Question: how does you get spots from oil?

Hey cheese2000, we get spots from oil as it clogs up the hair foilicles in our skin, a spot basically is the result of increase bacteria activity when dead cells are also present, which then cause pain and swelling. Best advice is to wash on a daily basis as oil build up over the day naturally, teenagers unfortunatly are more prone to spots due to hormonal changes!! Hence the term spotty teenagers!
