      There is no exact number, a good estimate for the number of neurons (nerve cells) in the human brain range from 80 to 120 billion.

      hiya, that is a tough one, the human brain is constantly losing and remaking neurones as part of human life and our lifestyle, the best estimate is roughly around 100billion which makes the range that Yue has suggested a good one to go with. Hope this helps
