      Hey there ez3t1524, cryogenic is the study low temperature (normally below -150 celsius) and its production. It then observes how the materials behave under those temperatures. It is possible, and the process commonly uses liquified gases such as liquid nitrogen to create such temperatures, most commonly, the process is used to store frozen food in transport, blood types in blood banks, and in industry but it has now being used in cooking thanks to the likes of Heston Blumenthal and the emergence of molecular gastronomy!!!!
