• Question: Apparently everyone starts off as a girl when in the womb and some will later develop into a boy, is this true?

      It’s not quite true! Early on in the development stage, the foetus has what’s known as ‘undifferentiated’ sex organs, which basically means that they’re neither a girl nor a boy. Depending on whether they have a Y chromosome or not, these organs will then differentiate into either the male or female versions.
