Losing weight is a combination of eating healthy and doing regular exercise. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend dieting, or having diet-related foods, because it’s not good for your health in the long-term.

Hi science1234! Mus is right; the best way to lose weight is to eat a healthy balanced diet and do lots of exercise. Diet foods tend to contain lots of chemicals that are bad for your body in ways other than making you fat. Moreover, it’s bad to barely eat, because your body will go into an ‘energy saving’ mode – and when you stop dieting, you could quite easily put all the weight back on, because your body thinks it’s going to be starved again!
