HI spacenut! Great question 🙂 I can help people with sport psychology in lots of different ways. Some of the things that we do are anxiety control, distraction control to help athletes think about the things that are relevant to their performance, increasing motivation to train hard and perform well, helping athletes to be calm under pressure, strengthening athletes’ confidence and self-belief, and helping with stress management.
