  The sun does indeed change hair colour the most obvious is brown hair colour, it tends to revert to a light brown / blonde colour. This happens, i believe, by the sun acting as a bleach which causes the hair to lighten. However this is the most I understand, one of the other scientists may be able to answer better! I know that my hair defiantly bleaches in the sun!! Hope this helps.
