• Question: how many days can you live without sleeping/eating?

      hi @username1223,

      I’m not sure on that one. I think I read somewhere that people start to experience severe side-effects of not sleeping within two weeks. You can survive a lot longer without food as your body stores a lot of nutrients in case of famine, however you would be very poorly within a few weeks. Perhaps most dangerous is being without water. Not drinking can result in death in under a week depending on how hot the weather is.
