Hi ez3t1524 🙂 Wow! Where do I start? First, the question of what “consciousness” is still debated and thus by extension the idea of what “subconsciousness” is also up for discussion! Depending on how one defines communicate and subconscious, my answer is “yes”! Let me give an example. If “subconscious” is simply defined as “occurring outside of conscious awareness” then sometimes we can get angry without knowing “why”. However, one approach to anger management involves what’s termed cognitive behaviour therapy, basically becoming aware of and then modifying the thoughts you have about becoming angry. As part of this process you might make the “unconscious” “conscious”; that is become aware of the (unconscious) thoughts that are precipitating the anger.
That answer is admittedly using quite a loose definition of “communication”… The wonderful thing about “science” is that ideas are open for debate, and hopefully progress is achieved by the communication of, and putting ideas to the test!
