• Question: Is it true that you can only dream about people that you have seen before?

      That’s a good question, and I’m not really sure! If you’ve seen them on TV or in a magazine, you can dream about them. If you’ve never even heard of, say, Albert Einstein though, it’s unlikely that you’d be able to dream about him. Some scientists think that our dreams help us to process events that have happened to us while we’ve been awake, and to help code things into long term memory. So if you’ve never seen or heard from a particular person, you probably won’t dream about them!
