      Hi @the007mini007einstein,

      It depends what environment the vitamin is in. Taking vitamin A as an example, when it enters your body, vitamin A has no effect on your cells. It has to be converted to something called retinoic acid to make it what we call ‘transcriptionally active’ which means it can have an effect on cells. As you might have guessed, this is an acid
