That’s a really insightful question preshous333! Continuous variation is where there is a complete range of measurements from one extreme to the other. So, height would be one example of continuous variation because individuals can have a complete range of heights…for example, a person could be 1.6m, 1.61m, 1.62m, 1.625m etc tall. Other examples of continuous variation include weight, hand span, and shoe size.
