• Question: what is the healthiest form of exercise?

      Hi holly! Thanks for the question, it’s a really good one 🙂

      I don’t think there’s one form of exercise that is healthier above all others, but I think swimming is really good for an all-round exercise, because you use so many muscles to do it. But if you don’t like swimming, you won’t be likely to do it so it won’t be healthy for you! The best thing is to find something you really enjoy.

      What sort of exercise do you like the most?

      Great question hollypayne! There are loads and loads of different types of exercise, which are all good for you in different ways. Exercise such as swimming, walking, and cycling are particularly good for you because they are “non-impact” so they’re easy on your bones and joints! You may like to try lots of different types of exercise spread out over a period of time so that you’re exercising all different parts of your body. There probably isn’t one most healthy form of exercise though so do what you enjoy and take care doing so 🙂
