      Hi chell,

      The answer to that question has eluded many philosophers, psychologists and scientists and I’m in no position to add anything! If I put my “scientific hat on” I would endeavour to understand a little about what people mean by the term “meaning” – what is it to say than something “means” something to you? Is it something that you value, or is important in some way shape of form? The question cast in this light, “e.g., what is it that you value about life” might be “more answerable”?
