Hi Ella, great question! It’s probably your heart, as it constantly has to keep working to pump blood around your body. But next, I would say the muscles that make our eyes move – did you know that we make 3-4 eye movements every second, and that they’re the fastest movements tht the human body can make?

Ella – yep! The technical term for them is ‘saccade’, which I think was an old French term for ‘jerky’, because that’s how the movement looks 🙂
