      Hi Kamilo12,
Firstly you may like to know that there is so called good ‘HDL’ cholesterol and bad ‘LDL’ cholesterol so what we are really concerned with is the LDL.
The amount of cholesterol for teenagers depends upon your individual health e.g. If you have risk factors for heart disease you should ideally have a LDL level of below 110mg. If you have no risk factors then a LDL level of 130 mg may be fine.

Generally 110-160mg would probably be a good recommended value so hopefully you could achieve this through a healthy diet and good exercise.

If you would like to know anymore or have any further questions then please ask.

      Thanks,

      Adam
