  I’m not a medical doctor, so I don’t really know. It’s possible that you have something called ‘labyrinthitis’, which is an inflammation in your ear and can cause dizzyness. However, the best thing for you to do is to go and see your doctor about it – they’ll be able to diagnose it, and help fix it for you!
