Question: When you kick a football when you get high on it how come it stays in the air for a seconds shouldn't it just go along the floor?

  Interesting question, thanks redxi07! Someone who is a physicist might be able to give you a better answer than me, but I think it might be something to do with the way the ball hits the air after you kick it – some air pushes up under it and keeps afloat for a bit longer than you might expect! I’m might be wrong though 🙂
