Brilliant question! If you didn’t cook the scrambled egg, then in theory you could (given a lot of time and patience!) separate out the molecules that form the yolk and white, but it still wouldn’t be a satisfactory unsrambling. The cooking process breaks some of the bonds in the egg proteins, which is an irreversible process.
Of course, there is one way to unscramble an egg… Feed the scrambled eggs to a chicken and wait for it to lay a new egg!
