Wrinkles are basically folds or creases in the skin. You can get them from repeated types of movement that cause the skin to crease often – a good example is if you raise your eyebrows, your forehead folds up. If you do this often over many many years, eventually the creases will become permanent through the natural agin process. Anyone of any age can get wrinkles, it’s just that old people have more of them and have more noticeable ones!
