      Hi @anurmahomed,

      We react to scary things with the ‘fight or flight’ response as your brain identifies things in the environment likely to endanger your life. This sets in train a reaction where you increase the amount of circulating adrenaline in your body which increases muscle contractility and prepares you to wither run, or fight!
