• Question: why do you have dreams about certain people?

      That’s a really good question, and I don’t think there’s a single correct answer to it.We’re still not completely sure as to why we dream – some scientists think it’s part of a process that helps the brain to process the experiences you’ve had that particular day, and code memories into long-term storage. If you’ve been thinking a lot about a certain person, or had a lot of interaction with them during the day, it might mean that they’re more likely to be in your dreams because your brain is processing the memories that involve them!
