      Hi vampyrking98

Your musculoskeletal system is really important. Your muscles and bones work together to provide support for the body so that we can stand up and hold our shape. They also enable us move around and be flexible which is extremely important. Your bones offer protection, for example your ribs protect your heart and lungs. Your bones are also involved in the making of new cells like red blood cells from the bone marrow in the middle of the bones.

We know from studying people who have conditions affecting their bones and muscles how their lives can be affected and how important it is to keep our muscles and bones healthy.
