  This is thought to be becuase humans keep cats as pets in houses where they don’t often get wet. So they become so used to the feeling of being dry that when they caught in the rain or they just get wet, they don’t like it! Actually wild cats and especially wild big cats often go swimming in pools or rivers to cool down, so probably if our pet cats had been wild they might have liked water!
